Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Brand and social media creatives, campaign visuals, and brand-led content that reflect who FinBox is.
  • Performance marketing ad creatives optimised for conversion across digital channels.
  • Sales Enablement Pitch decks, one-pagers, and presentation assets used in enterprise sales conversations.
  • Web and product landing page design, UI mockups, and product visual assets.
  • Content Design Whitepapers, case studies, e-books, and other long-form SaaS shareables.
  • Illustration: Custom visual metaphors and explainer illustrations that simplify complex fintech concepts.
  • Motion basic GIFs and minor storyboarding for animated content.

Requirements

  • Strong design fundamentals: typography, spacing, hierarchy, colour.
  • Comfort working within and evolving brand guidelines.
  • Ability to take an ambiguous brief and deliver finished, polished work end-to-end.
  • Reliable turnaround time and respect for deadlines without compromising quality.
  • A clear point of view on what good design looks like and the ability to defend it.
  • Open to critique, fast to iterate, and invested in getting it right.
  • Proactive energy: you notice things that need improving before you're asked.
  • Must-know tools - Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and Figma.
  • Good to have - Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
