We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visual assets that communicate our customers brand, enhance user experience, and support marketing and product goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver visually compelling and consistent designs across all major B2B marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on competitor brands, user personas, and establish a clear understanding of the target market for which the content is required
- Participate in generation of brand thesis, brand stories, brand guidelines, brand representation assets etc
- Build a marketplace of ideas that will allow our customers to differentiate
- Conceptualise and execute creative ideas for projects, from ideation to final delivery
- Design and produce high quality graphics for offline and online channels as per already established guidelines for existing customers and brands
- Collaborate with wider team and internal/ external stakeholders to understand project requirements and goals
- Stay current with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously develop your design skills
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of design is kept across various channels
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Communications or a related field
- 0-5 years of professional experience in design and/ or creative content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
- Proficiency in video editing, and motion graphics is a plus
- Well versed with design theory
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
