We are looking for a dedicated Visual Designer with 3+ years of experience who specializes in brand communication, branding systems, and visual storytelling.

Important: This role is only for Visual Designers.

Candidates whose primary expertise is UI/UX, Web Design, or Frontend Design should not apply.

About the Role

We're looking for a Visual Designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling brand stories. You will collaborate with strategy and branding teams to create impactful designs across brand identity, packaging, print, and communication materials.

This role is ideal for someone who designs not only for aesthetics but also for brand purpose and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design brand identities, including logos, packaging, color palettes, and visual systems
• Create communication and marketing materials such as brochures, pitch decks, presentations, and brand collaterals
• Collaborate with strategists and project managers to execute creative concepts
• Translate design briefs into high-impact visual designs aligned with brand guidelines
• Prepare final artwork for print and digital communication formats
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand assets

Note: This role focuses mainly on branding, packaging, print media, and communication design, not social media management or UI/UX design.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in professional design software and AI tools
• Expertise in Logo Design, Print Media, Packaging, and Brand Identity
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Ability to translate ideas into clear visual narratives
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or motion graphics tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Design, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and communication design
