About the Role
We are looking for a Visual Designer who can translate ideas and brand strategies into impactful visual identities. This role focuses on branding, design systems, and visual consistency, helping elevate client brands across print and digital platforms.
This position is ideal for someone who understands that design is not just about aesthetics, but about clarity, purpose, and brand impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop brand identities, including logos, packaging, stationery, color palettes, and visual guidelines
- Create branding and corporate collaterals such as brochures, presentations, and brand assets
- Collaborate closely with Brand Strategists and CRM teams to ensure designs align with brand vision and client expectations
- Translate briefs and brand strategies into strong, meaningful visual designs
- Prepare and deliver final artwork for print and digital use with accuracy and quality
- Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs and touchpoints
- Participate in client discussions and feedback sessions when required
- Manage multiple design tasks while maintaining attention to detail and timelines
Required Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in professional design software
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
- Experience in visual design and branding-focused projects
- Strong attention to detail with good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret brand strategies into visual form
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with Canva or basic motion design tools
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse visual work and design thinking
