About The Role
We are looking for a
Senior Visual Designer with
3–5 years of experience to lead the visual identity and creative execution of our brand across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked with a
D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brand, owning everything from brand identity and marketing campaigns to social media creatives and digital assets.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Content, and Growth teams to build a consistent and engaging brand presence across customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end visual branding for the company across digital and offline channels.
- Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital marketing campaigns, performance ads, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing communication and touchpoints.
- Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual concepts and campaign assets.
- Collaborate with Content, Growth, and Product teams to create engaging visual storytelling.
- Design marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, banners, packaging, event creatives, and promotional materials.
- Create illustrations, icons, and custom graphic assets where required.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and reusable creative assets.
- Stay updated on design trends, social media formats, and emerging creative best practices.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a Visual Designer or Graphic Designer.
- Prior experience working with a D2C or consumer brand, owning end-to-end branding and creative execution.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media campaigns, marketing creatives, and digital design work.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to work across multiple campaigns while maintaining brand consistency.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
Good to Have
- Experience creating creatives for performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, etc.).
- Motion graphics or animation skills using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Experience with packaging design, merchandising, or print collateral.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and short-form content creation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth consumer brand.
