About the role

We're looking for a talented Visual Designer to help bring the Convin brand to life across marketing, sales, product, and employer-branding initiatives. If you're passionate about creating compelling visuals, simplifying complex ideas, and building a world-class B2B SaaS brand, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Brand & Marketing Design

• Create high-quality visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, blogs, events, webinars, and email campaigns.
• Design engaging graphics, illustrations, and visual narratives that communicate complex AI and business concepts clearly.
• Develop creative concepts that strengthen Convin's brand presence across channels.
• Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints while continuously elevating visual quality.

Sales & Business Communication

• Design impactful sales decks, investor presentations, case studies, one-pagers, and customer-facing collateral.
• Transform data, insights, and product capabilities into visually engaging stories.
• Create assets that help sales and customer success teams communicate effectively with prospects and customers.

Website & Digital Experience

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to design landing pages and website assets.
• Support website updates through banners, illustrations, visual systems, and conversion-focused creatives.
• Ensure all digital experiences align with Convin's brand and communication goals.

Design Systems & Operations

• Contribute to and maintain Convin's visual design system, templates, and brand guidelines.
• Organize design files and assets for efficient collaboration and scalability.
• Continuously improve workflows using modern design and AI tools.

What You'll Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Brand Design, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing creatives, presentations, social media, and digital design work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and presentation tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to transform complex information into simple, engaging visual communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to design quality.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for B2B SaaS companies or technology startups.
• Basic illustration skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
• Experience working on websites, landing pages, and conversion-focused marketing assets.
