Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing brand communication assets across digital, packaging, retail, and print formats.
• Translate campaign briefs into compelling visuals aligned with boAt's tone and visual identity.
• Support the team in crafting product packaging layouts, launch creatives, and in-store branding.
• Collaborate across departments from product to marketing ensuring design consistency and impact.
• Contribute fresh, relevant ideas in brainstorming sessions and support end-to-end execution.
• Take constructive feedback and iterate designs efficiently and professionally.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, preferably in Visual Design, Communication Design, or Digital Design.
• Preferred academic background from institutes like NID, NIFT, MIT-ID, or equivalent.
• At least 1 years of experience as a Visual Designer in web/digital environments.
• Strong skills in visual storytelling, typography, layout design, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
