Visual Design Intern (Graphic Design, Motion and Video)

Sftwtrs.AI · Gurugram - On-site · 6 months · Stipend: 5,000 per month

Why this internship exists

We build enterprise AI infrastructure for manufacturing, construction, hospitality and government clients. The engineering is strong. The way we show it to the world is not yet at the same level.

You would be the first creative person on our team. You will work directly with the founder, your work will ship to real clients from the first month, and you will help shape the visual identity everyone after you works within.

What you will work on

• Brand identity. Help build and document our colour, type, grid, iconography and motion guidelines.
• Graphic design. Client proposals, pitch decks, one-pagers, product and architecture diagrams, event collateral.
• Video editing and motion graphics. Product films, demo walkthroughs and case study edits. Roughly 2 to 4 pieces a month.
• Digital and social media design. Website visuals, landing pages and LinkedIn creatives.
• Curation. Help us decide what represents us and retire what does not.

Who we are looking for

• Students, recent graduates or self-taught designers with a portfolio showing both static and motion work. Your portfolio matters far more to us than your degree.
• Working knowledge of Figma or Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, plus one video tool: Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
• The ability to take a rough idea and come back with something better than what was described.
• Comfort with blunt feedback, and the confidence to push back when you believe you are right.
• Genuine interest in industrial subject matter. Much of this work is about factories, cameras, construction sites and data infrastructure.

Nice to have: Blender or Cinema 4D, AI tools in your creative workflow, photography and on-site shooting
