The Motion Story is looking for a Visual Design Associate (L3) to join the Prime Video Global Shared Services (GSS) team and contribute to maintaining and enhancing the visual standards of Prime Video's extensive content catalogue.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on digital assets for award-winning Originals, blockbuster films, and entertainment content viewed by millions of customers worldwide.

About the Role

As a Visual Design Associate (L3), you will be part of a dynamic creative production team responsible for supporting Prime Video's diverse content portfolio.

The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, quality-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. You'll primarily work in Adobe Photoshop, executing image corrections and creative modifications that ensure a consistent visual experience across Prime Video platforms.

Core Responsibilities

• Execute image corrections and creative modifications for Prime Video catalogue content

• Perform design tasks including background extension, image resizing, and text placement

• Manage production at scale while maintaining quality standards and deadlines

• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Design or equivalent experience

• 0–3 years of design experience in a creative agency or production environment

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma

• Strong attention to detail and quality consciousness

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Experience in mass creative production projects

• Background in the advertising or entertainment industry

• Understanding of digital media platforms and requirements

L3 Designer Role Expectations

Ambiguity

• Able to make corrections in catalogue images for consistency across Prime Video platforms

• Able to follow SOPs and guidelines prescribed for daily tasks post training and ramp-up

• Able to seek timely guidance and escalate tool blockers to SMEs/managers when required

• Able to maintain quality standards independently in creative production

Scope

• Independently manages creative corrections with functional guidance

• Can make creative decisions with guidance from SMEs

Impact

• Contributes to team goals by meeting individual metrics

• Adheres to quality standards through SOP and guideline compliance

Execution

• Work is tactical and production-oriented

• Delivers straightforward creative assets through Photoshop image manipulation and correction of static images

Complexity

• Executes day-to-day image correction tasks including background extension, resizing, text placement, and related creative adjustments

• Leverages existing guidelines to achieve the best output

Communication

• Clearly presents ideas and design processes verbally and through email/team communication platforms

• Actively participates in meetings and training sessions

• Able to summarize action items effectively

• Demonstrates strong written and spoken English communication skills

Suggested Experience

• 0–3 years of design experience in a creative agency or similar production environment
