Visual Content Creator (Photo + Video)

Morni is looking for a camera-first creative in Jaipur who wants to spend their days around beautiful clothes, Indian craft, natural materials, interesting people, and constantly evolving ideas.

You'll be the person helping us see and share Morni better.

This means shooting, editing, curating, and organizing visual content across everything we're building - from a hand-embroidered jacket being made on the floor to a finished piece ready for a global customer.

This is not a copywriting or community-management role. We need someone who genuinely loves photography, video, editing, composition, and visual culture.

What you'll be doing

• Shoot beautiful photo + video of garments, artisans, materials, processes, fittings, and finished pieces
• Create Reels, Stories, product imagery, BTS, and campaign assets
• Build consistent visual templates for our e-commerce store
• Document production stages clearly for customers and brand partners
• Edit and organize content into a clean, searchable asset library
• Help develop repeatable systems for capture → edit → export → archive
• Experiment with new formats and bring your own ideas into Morni's visual language

Who we're looking for

You probably:

• Have a strong natural eye for beauty, light, framing, texture, and detail
• Get genuinely excited when you see something beautiful and immediately want to capture it
• Spend too much time noticing good photography, films, fashion, music, design, spaces, or subcultures
• Can make something feel elevated without making it feel overproduced
• Are comfortable both behind a proper camera and shooting quickly on an iPhone
• Enjoy editing and turning raw footage into something people actually want to watch
• Are thorough and organized — you care just as much about where the files go as how the final Reel looks
• Want a role where you can develop across photography, film, fashion, creative direction, AI, and content systems

Big bonus: you already experiment with AI tools for editing, ideation, tagging, organization, repurposing, or content workflows.

We're building an in-house setup, including:

• Sony A7 mirrorless camera
• DJI microphones
• Mac Studio
• iPhone capture
• Access to Morni's Jaipur production space, artisans, garments, materials, and constant stream of new creations

Our work moves between custom clothing, global brand collaborations, craft development, technology, and production.

And now we're building a much bigger base in Jaipur.
