Crowdniks Industries Limited are looking for a multi-talented Visual Content Creator to join our team. We are bridging the gap between innovative product design and culinary technology, and we need someone to bring these stories to life through high-impact visuals and motion.
About the Role
This isn't just a traditional editing role. You will be a hybrid creator, collaborating with chefs, designers, and R&D teams to produce world-class content. You'll use a mix of traditional videography/photography and AI-first production workflows to create everything from 3D product animations to viral social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video and photo content for product demos, lifestyle showcases, and international exhibitions.
- AI-First Content Generation: Master prompt engineering (LLMs like ChatGPT/Gemini) and Generative AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, DALL-E) to scale visual asset production.
- Hybrid Post-Production: Seamlessly blend human-shot footage with AI-generated visuals using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Animation & Motion: Create 2D/3D product motion demos and explainer videos (Maya/Blender experience is a major plus!).
- Workflow Optimization: Implement AI tools for automated subtitling, transcription, and scene detection to stay ahead of tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related creative field.
- Experience: 3+ years in video editing/content creation, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience using Generative AI tools.
- Technical Stack: * Expert: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom.
- AI Mastery: Midjourney, Runway, DALL-E, and Prompt Engineering.
- Bonus: Familiarity with 3D software like Maya or Blender.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional storytelling, attention to detail, and the ability to humanize AI-generated drafts.
