- Working on the UX and UI of all our primary digital touchpoints.
- Develop and implement a scalable design system and component libraries for all our touchpoints.
- Collaborate with different teams in understanding design requirements - helping them curate impactful branding assets for both digital and print materials for campaigns, social media, presentations, events and website content.
- Breaking down of complex data into visual infographics as per needs.
- Develop and design brand assets, marketing collaterals, employer branding materials, and internal communication visuals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and refine the visual identity.
- Work with the HR team to design engaging employee communication materials, event branding,newsletters, and recruitment marketing assets.
- Creation of impactful pitch decks template.
- Support corporate branding initiatives and design materials for leadership communication.
- Create engaging content for employee engagement programs, culture-building activities, and employer branding efforts.
Skills & Expertise
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong communication skills to convert complex data into easy to comprehend and diverse visual collaterals.
- Good command on motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Asana and JIRA is a big plus.
- Ability to learn new skills and experiment with AI tools as an integral part of work.
- Ability to collaborate across design, marketing, product and customer-facing teams.
