Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a Visual Communication Designer who is not only a creative powerhouse but also a strategic thinker and a design addict. You must be a conceptual thinker with an ability to tell a story with design. If you a creative design maven and you love what you do, then this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling designs for presentations, pitch decks, reports, marketing collateral, branding, and digital assets.
• Use AI tools to generate concepts, visual directions, and creative assets, and transform them into polished deliverables.
• Design engaging business presentations with strong storytelling, information hierarchy, and data visualization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality creative solutions.
• Ensure consistency in design quality, branding, typography, layout, and visual communication.
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools, design trends, and creative workflows.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or Presentation Design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing B2B and B2C projects.
• Strong presentation design and visual storytelling skills.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and information hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling, Ideogram, or similar platforms.
• Ability to combine creativity with AI to improve design quality and efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, conceptual thinking, and execution speed.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Preferred
• Experience in a design, branding, or presentation agency.
• Exposure to motion graphics and AI-assisted content creation.
