Visual Communication Designer

Role Description

As a Visual Communication Designer, you will play a key role in translating ideas and messages into clear, impactful, and visually engaging communication. This role requires someone who combines creative thinking with strong design fundamentals and understands how design can effectively communicate ideas while maintaining a high standard of visual quality.

You will work closely with creative and strategic teams to develop design solutions that are thoughtful, engaging, and aligned with the intended communication.

Responsibilities:

• Lead with visual communication and storytelling, ensuring that design communicates the intended message effectively.
• Develop creative concepts and translate them into strong visual outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of aesthetics, composition, typography, and overall design quality.
• Use AI tools effectively to support ideation, exploration, research, and execution.
• Take ownership and accountability of projects from concept through final execution.
• Think beyond execution by challenging, improving, and elevating ideas through design.
• Stay updated with emerging AI and design tools and explore new ways of working.
• Collaborate with creative and strategic teams to develop effective communication solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, diploma, or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in visual communication design or a related design role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual communication and design capabilities.
• Relevant experience working on branding, digital, print, or other communication design projects is a plus.
