We are urgently seeking a Graphic / Visual Communication Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing impactful internal, external, and customer-facing communication materials. This role demands creativity, speed, and the ability to transform complex ideas into clear, visually compelling narratives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and design visual communication assets for internal and external stakeholders.
- Create engaging visuals for campaigns, presentations, reports, customer communications, and marketing collaterals.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and leadership teams to maintain brand consistency.
- Ensure all design deliverables are aligned with NowFloats visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience as a Visual Designer/Communication Designer.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand communication, digital campaigns, and marketing design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Adobe FireFly, or similar design tools.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present design ideas effectively.
- Ability to write compelling copy for Ads is a BIG plus.
