Role Description The Visitor Visa Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The counselor will guide clients through the complete visitor visa application process, including initial consultation, eligibility assessment, and explanation of visa categories and requirements. Daily responsibilities include collecting and verifying documents, filling out application forms, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with clients to meet submission deadlines. The role involves maintaining accurate records, responding to client queries via phone, email, and in person, and keeping clients updated on application status. The counselor will also stay informed about changing visa rules, assist in preparing clients for interviews when required, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality customer service and compliance with company policies.

• Candidates should possess the ability to learn and interpret visa regulations, policies, and procedures for multiple countries.
• Relevant experience in immigration consulting, travel, or customer service is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in any discipline is beneficial; fluency in English and local languages is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
