Job Description:

Job Title: VisionPLUS Developer

Job Description:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using VisionPLUS modules such as CMS, FAS, TRAMS, and Authorization
• Handle enhancements, defect fixes, and production support for card processing systems
• Develop and support batch and online programs using COBOL, JCL, CICS, and VSAM
• Work on credit/debit card lifecycle, transaction processing, and reconciliation
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Coordinate with business users, QA teams, and support teams for successful delivery

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in VisionPLUS
• Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM
• Good understanding of card payments domain
• Experience with mainframe utilities and job scheduling
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• SQL / DB2 knowledge
• Experience in production support and incident management
