Join Pickyourtrail as a Visa Operations Intern at Pickyourtrail and get hands-on experience in the visa process - from checking appointment availability and handling applications to coordinating with customers for e-visa requirements.

Stipend - 8000 per month

What you'll be doing:

• Check visa appointment availability across different countries and visa centres.
• Assist with filling and submitting visa application forms accurately.
• Support the team with visa documentation and application-related tasks.
• Coordinate with customers when additional information or clarification is required.
• Occasionally speak with customers over calls for e-visa applications and guide them through the process.
• Track application status and ensure timely follow-ups.

What we're looking for:

• Good communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with documents, forms and online portals.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Willingness to learn about visa processes and travel documentation.
• Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
