Visa Operations Executive (Full-time)

Position: Visa Executive – GCC & E-Visa Processing

Location: Amanora Chambers, Magarpatta Road, Pune (On-site)

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply)

Salary: 10,000–25,000 per month

Preference: Candidates who can join immediately

What You'll Do

• Handle end-to-end GCC & e-Visa files – primarily UAE, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain and other online visa destinations
• Create and share checklists; verify documentation accuracy
• Fill online portals + upload required documents correctly
• Coordinate with suppliers/DMCs for submission, status, corrections
• Prepare supporting docs: Cover letters, declarations, itineraries, insurance
• Maintain MIS / trackers and ensure TAT & SLA commitments
• Collaborate with sales & operations for quotes/invoicing/payment closure

Must-Have Skills

• 0–3 years of experience in visa processing (GCC preferred)
• Excellent documentation, accuracy and communication skills
• MS Excel & Word proficiency; strong email etiquette
• Comfort using online e-visa portals & quick learning ability

Nice to Have

• Experience with UAE/Oman/Qatar/Bahrain visas
• Diploma in Travel & Tourism / IATA / UFTAA
• Basic FRRO, OK-to-Board, GDS exposure
