Role Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Visa Officer to manage the post-admission process for Australia and New Zealand. The role requires strong expertise in document validation, compliance checks, and end-to-end visa processing to ensure accuracy, adherence to regulations, and timely case progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the post-admission compliance function for Australia and New Zealand portfolios
  • Ensure rigorous document validation and verification in line with institutional and immigration standards
  • Oversee end-to-end visa documentation and application compliance for AU/NZ destinations
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks
  • Drive efficient coordination with students, agents, institutions, and internal teams
  • Uphold the highest standards of data security, regulatory adherence, and ethical practice
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on AU/NZ compliance and documentation frameworks

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience handling post-admission compliance for Australia & New Zealand
  • Strong knowledge of visa processes, documentation standards, and regulatory frameworks
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and verification skills
  • Excellent time management and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with CRM and application tracking systems

Preferred:

  • Experience in an international education, admissions, or study abroad organization
  • Knowledge of institutional portals for AU/NZ universities
