3. LOAs and CAS

  • Chase and secure Letters ofAcceptance (LOAs) once offer conditions are met.

  • Manage and resolve university-side queries and requirements promptly and accurately.
  • Stay up to date on university entry requirements, intake deadlines and process changes, and share updates with the wider admissions team.

5. Closure and Handover to Student/ RP

  • Ensure the student and RP receive everything required from the university to progress to the next stage, such as the visa application.
  • Keep RPs and the Application Submission Team informed of outcomes and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate records of offers, LOAs, GS and CAS status in the CRM and share regular status reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in international admissions, university liaison or study-abroad application processing.
  • Working knowledge of admission and post-offer processes for the assigned destination (e.g. GS and CoE forAustralia, CAS for the UK, LOAs for Canada).
  • Strong follow-up discipline and the ability to drive multiple applications to closure against deadlines.
  • Good written and spoken English, with confidence in professional communication with university admissions teams.
  • Comfortable working with university portals, CRM systems and MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Willingness to work from the Noida office, Monday to Friday.
