Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic leader to head our Visa Team in India. The role will be responsible for developing and executing the vision and strategy for the Visa division, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and growth. The Head of Visa Team will drive cross-functional collaboration, client engagement, and market expansion while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop the Visa Team, ensuring optimal performance, skill development, and motivation across all team members.
- Develop and execute the long-term strategy for the Visa Team, aligning with company goals and identifying growth opportunities.
- Oversee end-to-end visa processing operations, including application management, documentation, and approvals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with consulates, embassies, and government agencies to stay updated on visa policies and procedures.
- Monitor the performance of the Visa Team, establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely and accurate communication with clients regarding visa statuses, requirements, and changes in regulations.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members are up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and technology tools.
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiency to reduce turnaround times and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other teams (Sales, Operations, etc.) to ensure smooth integration of visa services with the company&aposs broader offerings.
- Handle escalated issues and provide solutions to complex visa-related queries or challenges.
- Manage budgets and resources for the Visa Team, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, International Relations, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in visa processing or immigration services, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of visa policies, regulations, and processes for multiple countries.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
