Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Visa Filling and Visa Counsellors, located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The responsibilities include assessing and processing visa applications, guiding clients through the visa application process, and providing personalized advice on immigration programs and policies. The role also involves accurate documentation, record maintenance, and responding to client inquiries professionally and promptly. Collaboration with relevant stakeholders and a customer-centric approach are essential to delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in visa application processes, documentation, and immigration policies
• Exceptional communication, client-counseling, and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and managing multiple cases
• Familiarity with relevant immigration software and proficiency in basic computer applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of relevant immigration laws and a proactive approach to staying updated with changes in policies
• Previous experience in visa counselling or immigration services is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, along with fluency in multiple languages being an added asset
