Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end‑to‑end Canada Study Permit filing, including forms, document checks, uploads, portals, and submission.
- Review academic, financial, and personal documents for eligibility and compliance.
- Coordinate with students and counsellors to collect missing documents of International students - outside India.
- Maintain proper filing records, notes, and daily tracking systems.
- Prepare SOP summaries or basic draft notes (if required).
- Ensure timely submission of applications and follow up on updates.
- Stay updated with IRCC guidelines and policy changes.
- Assist the team with related visa or application‑support tasks.
- Manage tasks independently while aligning with team processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience specifically in Canada study‑permit filing.
- Strong knowledge of IRCC portals, SDS requirements, documentation standards, and filing procedures.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Good IT skills (handling PDFs, online portals, Excel, email, etc.).
- Ability to work independently with responsibility and ownership.
- Positive attitude, good behaviour, professionalism, and respect for timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases.
