Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Expert based in Kozhikode. The Visa Expert will be responsible for providing advisory services on visa applications, preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa documentation, and staying up-to-date with international travel regulations. Daily tasks will also involve assisting clients with ticketing and travel arrangements, as well as ensuring adherence to visa procedures and requirements. The role requires excellent customer service skills to engage with clients professionally and effectively.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in visa documentation, processing, and international travel regulations
• Proven skills in ticketing and travel planning services
• Customer service and communication skills for providing exceptional client support
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in computer applications and software relevant to visa handling and travel management
• Ability to handle inquiries and provide accurate, up-to-date information
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
