Job Description

The Visa and Immigration Consultant is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the visa and immigration service to ensure smooth and efficient processing.
Conduct client interviews and manage visa applications both in person and via post to determine eligibility.
Oversee the completion and timely submission of all visa and immigration documentation as per government deadlines.
Ensure all client-provided information is accurate; review, verify, and prepare legal documents accordingly.
Prepare fee quotations and provide required information to clients, colleagues, or authorities.
Maintain strong professional relationships with clients and internal teams.
Assist clients in obtaining visas, green cards, and other essential travel or immigration documents.
Stay updated with changes in immigration laws and take full responsibility for all immigration operations.
Provide training to HR staff when required to enhance their understanding of immigration rules.
