Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Visa Counselor to join our team at our Chandigarh location. As a Visa Counselor, you will guide and assist students through the visa application process for studying abroad, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements. You will counsel students, provide information on visa documentation and processes, assess applications, and maintain regular updates with clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams, stay updated with changing visa policies, and help maximize visa success rates. This is an on-site role requiring full-time availability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in communication and counseling skills, with the ability to guide and advise students effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in handling visa documentation.
• Familiarity with visa processes and policies of countries like Canada, Australia, UK, USA, and New Zealand is preferred.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage client expectations and resolve queries promptly.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and comfortable with technology for managing records and tracking client progress.
• Experience in the immigration or education consulting industry is considered an asset.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in Education, Counseling, or related fields is a plus.
• Customer service-oriented with a proactive and professional approach.
