UpSkill Overseas is hiring two Visa Counsellors. Together they take a student from first enquiry to visa approval: counsel the student, then build and file the application.

About UpSkill Overseas

We are an Ahmedabad-based overseas education and student visa consultancy. We help students study in the UK, USA, Australia, Ireland and more, and handle admissions, student visas, visitor visas, SOP and resume support, and IELTS, PTE, GRE and SAT coaching under one roof.

What you will do – Counselling

• Counsel students and parents on country, course, university and intake based on profile, budget and test scores

• Convert enquiries from walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp and ads into enrolled students, with consistent follow-up

• Explain visa rules, financial documents, timelines and costs clearly and honestly

• Log every lead and conversation in our CRM (Zoho)

What you will do – Processing

• Prepare and check university applications, student visa files and visitor visa files: checklists, financials, sponsorship, SOPs and forms

• Fill and submit visa forms (DS-160, UKVI, ImmiAccount, Irish AVATS) and book biometrics and appointments

• Track offers and next steps such as I-20, CAS and CoE through university and partner portals

• Run mock visa interviews and support refusal cases and re-applications with senior team members

• Keep up with visa rule changes across all our destinations

Who we are looking for

• 2–4 years in student visa counselling and/or processing

• Hands-on visa experience with at least two of: UK, USA, Australia, Ireland

• Fluent in English, Gujarati and Hindi

• Sharp eye for documents; one wrong form can cost a student their intake

• Comfortable working with monthly enrolment targets

• Graduate in any discipline

Good to have: Zoho CRM experience, US F-1 interview preparation, working knowledge of IELTS or PTE
