Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Counselor based in Vadodara. The Visa Counselor will be responsible for assisting students in understanding visa requirements, preparing application documents, and outlining the visa process. Additional responsibilities include providing guidance on course and university selection, ensuring compliance with country-specific regulations, coordinating with educational institutions, and delivering exceptional support to students at every stage of their overseas education journey.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills
• Knowledge of visa application processes and international education systems
• Proficiency in document preparation, record management, and organizational skills
• Ability to provide guidance on course selection, university recommendations, and country options
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with regulations
• Prior experience in student counseling, visa processing, or education consultancy is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with online application portals
• Preference for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or higher in any field
