Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Visa Counselor based in Chandigarh and Jalandhar. The Visa Counselor will provide consultation and support to clients seeking immigration assistance, by collecting and verifying necessary documentation, guiding them through application processes, and ensuring all requirements are met. The role also involves maintaining excellent client relationships, staying updated on immigration laws and policies, and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and assist clients effectively
• Knowledge of immigration laws, processes, and documentation requirements
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using technology and office software for data management and reporting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Prior experience in a similar role within immigration or education consultancy is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience
• Multilingual skills will be considered an advantage
