Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gandhinagar for a Visa Counselor. The Visa Counselor will guide clients through the immigration and visa application process. Responsibilities will include providing accurate information about immigration programs, ensuring all documentation is complete, submitting applications on behalf of clients, and addressing any queries or concerns. You will also conduct follow-ups with clients and maintain records of their application status while ensuring compliance with relevant immigration laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in counseling clients, customer service, and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of immigration processes, visa types, and related documentation.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle paperwork accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and any additional local/regional languages would be an asset.
- Ability to explain complex procedures in a simplified manner and provide clear guidance to clients.
- Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Office and relevant data management tools.
- Experience in a similar role or understanding of immigration laws will be an added advantage.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Administration, or any related discipline.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with organizational proficiency.
