Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Counselor located in Ahmedabad. The Visa Counselor will assist clients with their visa applications, including providing advice on application processes, ensuring document preparation and verification, and coordinating with relevant authorities. The role involves counseling students and clients regarding eligibility, guiding them through the selection of educational institutions or visa options, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. Building strong client relationships and staying up to date with immigration policies is key to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of visa procedures, documentation, and immigration policies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to counsel and guide clients effectively
• Organizational and administrative skills to manage records and documentation efficiently
• Experience in providing customer service and building client relationships
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other administrative tools
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure accurate information and solutions
• Familiarity with educational institutions and programs abroad is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background is preferred
