Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Counselor, based in Ahmedabad. The Visa Counselor will assist clients with visa and immigration processes by providing accurate guidance and advising on policies and documentation requirements. Responsibilities include assessing client eligibility, ensuring that all application requirements are met, following up with clients and authorities, and maintaining exceptional service standards throughout the process. The role demands effective communication and a client-focused approach to create an efficient, supportive, and positive experience.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Visa processes, Immigration policies, and related documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Ability to efficiently manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and provide accurate solutions.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to prepare comprehensive application packages.
- Proficiency with computers and office software for managing client records and communication.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in migration services, visa counseling, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Qualification in International or Migration Studies, or a related field, is preferred.
