This is a full-time on-site Visa Counsellor role located in Jalandhar. The Visa Counsellor will guide clients through the visa application process for various categories such as study, work, and tourist visas. Key responsibilities include assessing eligibility, preparing and reviewing documentation, providing accurate advice on visa requirements, and ensuring all applications meet the compliance standards. The role also involves maintaining client records, offering personalized support, and staying up-to-date with immigration regulations to deliver the best client experience.

• Strong knowledge of visa processes for study, work, and tourist purposes
• Proficiency in client communication, counseling, and demonstrating a customer-centric approach
• Attention to detail for documentation review and compliance with visa regulations
• Problem-solving skills and ability to provide personalized solutions for diverse client needs
• Proficiency in maintaining records and managing client information securely
• Confidence in addressing queries related to language proficiency tests like IELTS, PTE, and DUOLINGO
• Prior experience in the immigration consultancy industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in any field; additional certification in counseling or immigration services is beneficial
