Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Visa Counsellor role based in Bardoli. The Visa Counsellor will guide clients through the complete visa application process, including eligibility assessment, documentation support, and application submission for study and immigration purposes. Responsibilities include conducting detailed consultations, explaining country-specific visa requirements, preparing and reviewing client files, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa regulations, tracking application status, and communicating proactively with clients to address questions and concerns. The Visa Counsellor will also participate in client outreach activities, maintain accurate records in company systems, and uphold the organization's standards of transparency and ethical service.

Qualifications

• Strong client service and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex visa and immigration requirements clearly and professionally.
• Ability to conduct thorough document checks, maintain organized records, and manage multiple client files with attention to detail.
• Knowledge or prior experience in visa counselling, overseas education consulting, or immigration services is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, data entry) and comfort working with CRM or case management systems.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in local/regional languages is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust with diverse clients.
• Ability to work on-site in Bardoli on a full-time schedule, collaborate with team members, and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Management, or related fields preferred); relevant certifications in immigration or education counselling are a plus.
