About The Role
We are looking for a Visa Counsellor who is driven, self-motivated, and passionate about the Ed-Tech space. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting students with their visa applications, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free process. Key Responsibilities
- Visa Application Processing:
Manage and process visa applications for students after deposit submission.Conduct quality checks, verify documents, and identify any case-specific issues.Ensure accurate and timely submission of visa applications while adhering to immigration regulations.
- Compliance & Documentation:
Oversee the completion of all required forms, checklists, and supporting documents.Verify the authenticity and accuracy of student-provided documents.Maintain up-to-date records of all visa applications and decisions.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with internal teams to align visa processing with strategic goals.Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and external partners to ensure seamless communication.
- Performance & Process Optimization:
Track and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to visa processing, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall efficiency.
- Customer Service Excellence:
Provide professional, accurate, and timely support to students throughout the visa process.Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in visa counselling, business development, or a similar role.
Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
Keen interest in education, student mobility, and international visa regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple applications efficiently.
