Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visa Counsellor at our Ahmedabad office. The Visa Counsellor will guide clients through the visa application process, provide expert advice on a range of visa options, and stay updated with immigration policies and regulations. Responsibilities include assessing client eligibility, preparing and submitting applications, addressing client queries, and liaising with relevant authorities to ensure a seamless process. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and fostering positive client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Visa processes, regulations, and immigration policies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills
• Ability to analyze and assess client profiles to determine visa eligibility
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate documentation and handling administrative tasks
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Prior experience in visa counseling, immigration, or consultancy is an advantage
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational qualifications
