Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visa Consultant based in Dadri. The Visa Consultant will manage visa application processes, counsel clients on visa requirements, and ensure documentation compliance. Responsibilities also include providing accurate advice and guidance, assisting with paperwork, tracking application progress, and liaising with relevant authorities. The role requires clear communication with clients and maintaining a thorough understanding of visa regulations and processes.

• Strong Communication, Customer Service, and Counseling Skills
• Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills for Accurate Paperwork
• Knowledge of Immigration and Visa Regulations
• Proficient in Using Microsoft Office and Relevant Industry Software
• Ability to Work in a Team and Manage Multiple Tasks Effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the travel or immigration industry is a plus
