The Visa Consultant - Fresher role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The Visa Consultant will assist clients with the end-to-end visa application process, providing expert guidance on immigration procedures and policies. Responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their visa needs, ensuring accurate documentation, addressing immigration-related issues, and providing timely updates on application status. The role also involves delivering excellent customer service and clear communication to address client inquiries.

• Strong knowledge of Visa and Immigration processes and policies.
• Ability to resolve Immigration and Visa-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Exceptional Communication and Consulting skills to interact with clients professionally.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using office software and tools for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
