Position Overview

The Visa Assistant / Visa Executive will support the Visa & Documentation team in managing end-to-end visa processing for individual and corporate clients. The role requires strong attention to detail, process discipline, and regular coordination with clients, embassies, and visa facilitation centers to ensure timely and accurate visa submissions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle end-to-end visa processing for tourist, business, and other applicable visa categories

2. Assist clients with visa inquiries, documentation checklists, and application requirements

3. Collect, verify, and organize client documents as per country-specific visa guidelines

4. Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS/global visa partners for appointments and submissions

5. Track visa application status and provide timely updates to clients and internal teams

6. Maintain accurate digital and physical records of visa applications and supporting documents

7. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs and embassy regulations

8. Support the Visa Manager in handling urgent, special, or escalated cases

9. Prepare basic MIS reports, trackers, and daily status updates

10. Stay updated with changing visa rules, documentation requirements, and embassy advisories

 

Desired Qualifications & Skills

· Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field

· 1–3 years of experience in visa processing or travel operations (freshers with relevant exposure may be considered)

· Understanding of Visa procedures and documentation

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Good communication skills (verbal and written)

· Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines

· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word), email handling, and basic CRM systems

· Customer-centric approach with professional conduct.
