Job Summary

We are looking for a Virtual Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships through virtual channels, generate business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will be responsible for customer engagement, lead conversion, and providing suitable financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential customers through calls and digital channels.
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Handle customer queries and provide timely support.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular customer communication.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and service.

Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Customer Handling, BFSI, Banking, or Insurance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office is preferred.
• Candidates with immediate or short notice period will be preferred.
