Purpose of the Job:
Retail business through Virtual Non Face to Face customer acquisition and Life Insurance Sales through Digital communication.
Responsibilities:
Expertise in Life Insurance, Wealth Management & Virtual Sales.
Sales Lead Tracking & Lead Management.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers for Lead to conversion and after sales management.
MIS/Business updates to the channel with effective time management.
Virtual Sales & Non Face to Face Sales management.
Life Insurance Product comparison & Product analysis skills.
Knowledge Required:
Insurance industry knowledge/NR Segment experience will be added advantage.
Basic Knowledge of Equity, Debt and Financial services products offered to HNI Clients - Understanding of Wealth Basket.
Monthly sales achievement /Login to lssuance tracking with Operation, Underwriting for time Issuance/conversion of sales.
Strong Industry expertise & willing to Learn International Financial services space.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM experience English (Mandate)
Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal communication and Sales skills, acumen to manage NRI Sales in different time zone Time management, planning and reporting skills Prior experience with sales - Life - Banking - Virtual or online sales.
Professional Experience:
Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in BFSI / Life insurance / wealth management Banking / Life Insurance Direct Sales experience.
Education/Professional Qualifications /Certifications:
Any Graduate / Master's degree.
