Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Virtual Relationship Manager based in Chennai. The Virtual Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, and providing tailored banking solutions to meet client needs. Daily activities include responding to customer queries across multiple communication channels, identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell banking products, and ensuring adherence to service delivery standards. The role requires proactive engagement with clients to deepen relationships while adhering to compliance and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of banking products and services, including loans, payments, and wealth management
  • Sales skill is mandatory and experience in financial products sales would be preferred.
  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability to handle customer concerns effectively
  • Masters /Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
  • Work experience in customer service, sales, or banking will be an advantage
  • Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality and security of customer information
