Hiring for Elite Banker (VRM)- First Wealth (Bank Payroll)

Work From Office

Qualification: Graduation Mandatory, with experience of a 2-5 years into banking sales
Age - Upto 32
Location :- Thane Hiranandani / Hyderabad Hitech City
Salary : Upto 10 Lpa (hike on last drawn salary, with relevant experience)
Exp into Wealth mandatory
Shifts : Rotational Day shift
6 Week off in a month
Job Purpose:
Enhance customer engagement virtually to improve retention, cross-sell bank products, and drive adoption of digital banking platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Strengthen customer relationships and grow portfolio value.
Acquire new NR accounts and generate referrals.
Drive remittances, digital banking activation, and app usage.
Cross-sell products like credit cards, loans, insurance, and investments.
