Virtual Relationship Manager -Banking / Insurance / Loan / Finance

We are looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Virtual Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships, generate business opportunities, and promote financial products through phone calls and other virtual communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with existing and prospective customers through outbound calls.
• Explain and promote banking, insurance, and financial products.
• Generate leads, follow up with customers, and convert leads into business.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Maintain customer information, call records, and sales reports.
• Follow company policies and ensure proper documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, customer handling, relationship management, or BFSI sales.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle customer queries and close sales over the phone.

Salary & Benefits
