Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Virtual Relationship Manager to manage customer relationships remotely, generate business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers through phone, video calls, email, and digital channels.
• Generate leads and acquire new customers through virtual sales activities.
• Promote banking/financial products and services based on customer requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Provide timely solutions and support to customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Graduation mandatory.
• Experience: 2+ years of experience in Sales, Banking, Financial Services, or Relationship Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
