The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and implementation of administrative projects. You will need to display versatility in order to handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
**You should be able to work during late evenings and nights IST to coordinate with team members in the USA PST timezone.**
Working hours:
Mornings: 9AM-1PM IST with 30 mins. break
Evenings: 7:00 PM-12:30 AM IST with 1 hour dinner break
Responsibilities
- Assist with administrative tasks to manage our after-school programs, instructors and students
- Coordinate with instructors
- Manage and update student enrollments and roster
- Prepare class proposals for new semesters
- Manage and collect payments from parents
- Assist with customer invoicing
- Instructor availability and class assignment management
- Assist with instructor payroll tracking and management
- Prepare class proposals and supporting documentation
- Prepare marketing catalogs and flyers in Canva
- Assist with the development of procedures and guidelines documents
- Manage other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Highly proficient in written and spoken English
- Proficient with working with Google Workspace: Google Docs, Drive, Sheets, Slides. Ability to work with functions and formulas in Google Sheets
- Working knowledge of Canva
- Typing Speed: 50-60 wpm
- Organized and has attention to details
- Be able to multi-task
- Fluency in Google Workspace
Compensation and perks
