Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live virtual product demonstrations for customers via video calls or digital platforms.

• Showcase product features, usage, and real-life benefits to help customers understand the value of premium appliances.

• Guide customers through product setup, usage scenarios, and best practices during demos.

• Identify customer needs during interactions and recommend relevant products.

• Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities during demo sessions.

• Handle inbound queries from customers interested in product demonstrations.

• Maintain records of demo sessions, customer feedback, and conversion outcomes in CRM (Zoho).

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building skills.

• Comfort with video calls, online presentation tools, and CRM systems.

• Sales orientation with the ability to convert interest into purchase through upselling and cross-selling.

• Basic technical understanding of consumer appliances or electronics.
