What You'll Be Doing
- Draft and manage professional emails, business communications, and client correspondence.
- Handle client queries/messages and ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses.
- Coordinate regular follow-ups with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain, organize, and regularly update business data, records, and documentation.
- Prepare reports and support management with data tracking, analysis, and regular updates.
- Coordinate with international clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow established processes and quality standards.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
What You Bring To The Table
- 2+ years of experience in Back Office / Operations / Administration ((Direct communication and co-ordination with US clients will be a plus).
- Experience with reputed MNCs or large organizations is strongly preferred.
- Candidates with experience in multiple reputed companies/MNCs will have an advantage especially BPO.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Experience using AI tools is preferred.
