Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Virtual Assistant. The Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, conducting research, maintaining records, and performing general administrative tasks. The role also includes attending virtual meetings, coordinating projects, and ensuring timely task completion to support overall business operations.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling, calendar management, email organization, and managing records
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for correspondence and virtual meetings
  • Experience in research, report preparation, and basic data analysis
  • Knowledge of productivity tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, task management tools)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines
  • Familiarity with project coordination and the ability to multi-task under minimal supervision
  • Previous experience in virtual assistance or administrative support is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
